Our Consular Mission

The Consulate General of the Republic of Panama in Portugal has as its primary mission the protection of Panama’s interests and the provision of assistance to its citizens within Portuguese territory.

In addition to offering essential consular services—such as passport issuance, legalizations, certifications, and citizen assistance—this diplomatic mission is committed to strengthening bilateral relations between Panama and Portugal, promoting cooperation in areas such as trade, culture, education, the merchant marine, and tourism.

From Lisbon, we work actively with Portuguese institutions, the diplomatic community, and the Panamanian diaspora, fostering respect, solidarity, and shared development.

This website aims to bring the consulate closer to all Panamanians, facilitating the management of consular procedures and providing reliable and up-to-date information.
